Trauma Support Group

Birth trauma can be an isolating and overwhelming experience, and often, the emotional impact goes unrecognized. Whether your trauma involved a difficult labor, medical interventions, feeling dismissed, or fear for your or your baby’s safety, your story matters.

  • This peer-led support group offers a safe, compassionate space to share, listen, and connect with others who’ve been through similar experiences. The group meets Mondays from 8:15–10:00 PM for 5 weeks, and is limited to 5–10 participants to foster trust and meaningful connection. It runs every 4 months.
    - Too often, people are left to process birth trauma alone. This group provides community, understanding, and the chance to speak openly. without judgment or the need to explain. Hearing others' stories and sharing your own can be a powerful step toward healing.
